Scientific Method

Today we took notes over Scientific Method, variables in an experiment, and how to graph data.  We will do a couple of labs where they have to apply what we have learned in class for a performance based assessment.  First vocab quiz tomorrow.

TEST ON FRIDAY!!!!

Test on Friday.  Students have study guide.

School Pictures are August 31st.  Students must have money and form if pictures are being purchased.

Test Time

Our first test will be next Friday.  I gave out the study guide today.  Next week we will begin to take our knowledge of density and relate it to the positioning of Earth layers.

Welcome to HCHS!!!

Today was a great first day!!  The students were awesome but a bit overwhelmed.  All the paperwork was given to the students by thier fourth period teacher and should be returned by Friday.  Our first topic for Science will be lab equipment and safety.
