End of 1st Nine Weeks

Its hard to believe that the nine weeks ends Friday!!  We took our Earth Science Assessment today.  The POD test will be on Friday.  If students kept up with them, that is an easy 100% because they can use notes.  I will introduce minerals and rocks with a identification lab.  Fall break is next week!!!  Hope everyone has a great week. Science Progress Reports were sent home with students today.  A parent signature is required by tomorrow.

Plate Tectonics

We are learning about plate tectonics in Science this week and next.  Progress reports went home with students yesterday.  Please make sure that you have provided the school with current contact information. 
Our lab this week will be tomorrow so ask your children what graham crackers represent....??????????
